Geaux 2 Guy takes on multi-room projects across Columbia: floors, drywall, paint, kitchens, baths and trim, sequenced so the trades do not trip over each other. One customer had pipes burst in a winter freeze and needed plumbing, floors, drywall and paint all at once. That whole job went through us.

Three situations usually trigger one. A house is bought cheap and needs everything before anybody moves in. A long-owned home has hit the point where the kitchen, the baths and the floors are all original at once. Or something failed and forced the issue, which is what a burst pipe does to a South Carolina house during a January freeze. In all three, doing the work as one project costs less in setup, protection and mobilization than doing it four times.
Everything starts with a walk-through and a written scope, room by room. Selections that affect the schedule get pinned down first. Work moves in a fixed order so no finished surface gets damaged by the next trade. Furniture and floors stay covered. At the end we walk the whole house with you and work through your punch list before the last invoice.
