What a Columbia Kitchen Usually Needs

Two eras of house dominate this market. Brick ranches built in the 1950s and 60s around Forest Acres and Rosewood have small, walled-off kitchens with one window and almost no counter. Usually, yes. Keeping the sink and appliances where they are is the cheapest way to get a new kitchen, and new cabinets and counters change the room more than people expect. If the layout is the real problem, we will say so and price both options.

Yes. Countertop selection and installation, including quartz and granite, is part of what we do. Tops are templated after the cabinets are set so the fit is right.

For part of it, yes. Once cabinets come out there is no sink and no counter until the new ones are in. We tell you which days those are at the estimate stage so you can plan meals around them.

Yes. Appliance installation and plumbing updates are on our list. Hookups get done as part of the job rather than left for you to chase down separately.
